Employee Recognition
At ACM, we are proud of the many accomplishments of our employees.  It is the people who bring their gifts and talents every day who are valued and make the organization what it is.  To begin, we recognize and celebrate all employees annually for their years of service and with employee appreciation events.  Co-workers nominate and recognize colleagues for teaching excellence, for providing support and empathy through the Sanner Award for Outstanding Teaching.  Another internal staff award, the Outstanding Accomplishment Award, recognizes those who demonstrate exceptional work ethic and above average performance.  And finally, using established criteria at the national level, the John and Suanne Roueche Excellence Award, through the League for Innovation in the Community College, is awarded annually to individuals and teams.
