MLK Day of Service Offers DEIJ Trainings, Presentations, Service Project
CUMBERLAND, Md. (Jan. 9, 2024)—Allegany College of Maryland will host a Martin Luther King, Jr. Week celebration of diversity and service on Wednesday, January 17, in partnership with NAACP Allegany County Branch 7007.
The event is open to everyone, and registration is available.
The MLK Day of Service includes the following:

Allegany College of Maryland’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Justice Committee
members and NAACP Allegany County Branch 7007 leadership encourage students from ACM,
Allegany County Public Schools and Frostburg State University to attend.
The event is funded through an AmeriCorps grant from Transform Mid-Atlantic's MLK
