The Culinaire Café, located at the Gateway Center in downtown Cumberland Maryland, serves as a learning laboratory for ACM Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts students. Students learn a wealth of skills as they receive hands-on training in a real-life café setting.
The café features weekly specials and a soup and salad bar that is the talk of the town. Desserts are baked daily and are available for eat in or carry out. The Culinaire Café’s extensive menu is sure to have something for every taste.
