Official transcripts are sent directly to the student, institutions and other agencies as requested by the student either electronically or in sealed envelopes. Students must request a transcript through ACM's authorized third-party service: Parchment.
Unofficial transcripts can be downloaded through your self-service account using the following steps:
If you do not have a self-service login, please print and complete the transcript request form. Email the completed form and a copy of your photo ID to admissions@allegany.edu.
Transcript evaluations will be conducted for ACM students and applicants for their active program(s) of study. Evaluations will not be conducted for non-degree seeking and undecided students.
Only official transcripts are evaluated. Transcripts are considered official if received electronically or in a sealed envelope provided by the sending institution. Official transcripts can be sent electronically to acmtranscripts@allegany.edu.
All sealed official transcripts should be mailed to the ACM Admissions Office:

Please allow 2-3 weeks for official transcripts to be evaluated once they have been received. You will get a summary of the evaluation once it has been completed.
