Being an ACM Allied Health student isn’t easy but our instructors are here to help.
In your experience, what are the “superpowers” that make a great instructor stand
out? Annette and Jason are very invested in all of us. Ability to be able to listen and
help. Good job at just being there for us. Willing to look at things to help work
a different way to make it better for all of us.
Has there been a moment in class or an interaction with an instructor or staff member
that stands out to you? Tell us about it. Usually have a good time in class- to have fun and get to know each other.
What’s been your superpower that’s made you a great Allied Health student? I am very organized – resilient – I don’t let things bring me down.
What’s your favorite piece of technology at school or work? Espresso machine.
What 3 things do you like (or love, we’ll always take love) about the courses in your
major? Give a lot of experience through internships which helps direct you in with career
choice. Small class so feels more intimate, Assignments shows what we do in the field.
What experience (or class) at ACM surprised you the most? Human Service program- I didn’t expect to get so close to classmates, it will be hard
to leave them.
What are your plans after graduation? To go to FSU for my Bachelors in social work and eventually obtain a masters degree.
