Prepare for a career as a Manufacturing Engineering Technician with Allegany College of Maryland’s Engineering - Automated Manufacturing Technology program. 

Learn how to operate state-of-the-art advanced and automated manufacturing equipment in the new Western Maryland Works facility, located at 37 Lane Avenue, LaVale, Maryland.

The Engineering - Automated Manufacturing Technology program integrates robotics, manual tooling skills, computer assisted machining techniques, 3D printing, design software and so much more – preparing you to earn up to 20 industry-recognized credentials and certifications.  

Beginning this fall, ACM will offer three pathways for this program: career and transfer associate degrees and a 39-credit certificate.
