Graduation applications must be completed by any student wishing to receive a degree or certificate in August 2026. A separate application must be submitted for each degree, certificate, or letter of recognition the student intends to earn.
The official date for Summer graduation is Monday, August 3, 2026. Please note that no commencement ceremony is held during the summer. Summer graduates are invited to participate in the Fall ceremony.
The Summer 2026 graduation application deadline is June 30, 2026.
A late graduation application period will be available from July 1 through July 15, 2026. A $100 late fee will be required for applications submitted during this time.
No applications will be accepted after July 15, 2026.

It is strongly recommended that students utilize Self-Service and run a program evaluation and/or meet with an academic advisor to review program requirements for completion.
All students are expected to complete an application for graduation, regardless of participation in the commencement ceremony. All students are expected to complete a separate application for each degree or certificate.
Students that attended other colleges or universities and wish to transfer credit must have official transcript(s) sent to ACM’s Admissions Office.

Diplomas are not available prior to the commencement ceremony.
Digital diplomas will be sent through Parchment to your ACM student email by 5 pm on August 3rd. You will also receive an email to your ACM student account with a time‑sensitive link to confirm your mailing address and the name exactly as it should appear on your diploma. You will have 72 hours to confirm this information before the printed copy of your diploma is finalized, printed, and mailed directly to you by Parchment.
All financial obligations must be met before diplomas are released. Contact the Business Office and Financial Aid Office to ensure all requirements are complete.
Transcripts with degree/certificate information posted will be available by the end of business on Tuesday, August 4th. If you need a transcript that reflects your awarded degree or certificate, please be sure to select the "Hold for Degree" option when submitting your request through the Parchment system. Requests submitted without this hold will be processed immediately and will not include graduation information.
