Why did you choose your major? I chose Psychology because I love knowing how the human mind operates. It's something
I’ve always been drawn to.
Why did you choose Allegany College of Maryland? I chose Allegany College of Maryland not only because I was recruited for volleyball,
but for the affordability, convenience, and it being a great two-year (considering
I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do career-wise).
How has your experience been at ACM? Overall my experience has been great, I've met so many amazing people and professors.
Why would you recommend ACM to future students? I would recommend ACM for several reasons. It is cost-friendly, there are so many
helpful resources and staff available, and you get one-on-one time with most professors
that you wouldn’t get at a bigger school. These features have all helped me to excel
in college.
Are you employed while taking classes? I do in fact work at Chick-fil-A and as a farm hand while taking classes.
What motivates you and why? My goals are what motivate me most. As well as my parents who are some of the most
independent people I know and I strive to be like them.
What advice would you give to future students? My advice would be to use all the resources available to you and don’t limit your
potential.
What are your plans for after graduation? I plan on graduating next spring with an associate degree in psychology. I plan on
transferring to further my education.
